A month of gentle healing, connection and self-care.
Last month's Yin Yoga, Reiki and Guided Meditation evening, which was run by myself and my beautiful friend Samantha Sabbarton, created such a beautiful space for reflection, healing and heartfelt sharing that we are delighted to be offering a second event together later this month.
EVENT: Yin Yoga, Reiki & Guided Meditation.
A deeply restorative evening combining gentle yin yoga with Reiki healing and guided meditation, creating space to release physical, emotional and energetic tension; especially relevant as we continue to move from the chaotic May energy into June, which invites us to pause, breathe and gently release what no longer serves us.
